Mediation is a method of resolving disputes in a private and impartial setting.
The Mediator represents neither party, does not determine what is right or wrong and does not render a decision.
The Role of the Mediator is to actively assist the disputants to communicate in a balanced and productive way in order to find a meaningful and mutually beneficial resolution to their conflict.
Whether Mediation is chosen voluntarily by the disputing parties, suggested by their attorneys or Ordered by the Court,
MEDIATION is CONFIDENTIAL unless there is reason to believe someone is in danger.
